Cannot not recommend Leon and his team highly enough. Leon was so communicative- even on his holidays and got back to me quickly and was always so helpful. We had our house on the market for a while and switched to Livin on a recommendation from a non-bias advise line. He had us our first offer within a week. He learned everything there was to know about our property before viewings so he could give all prospective buyers a clear view of the house. When he came to market the house he was honest and fair and I really think made a huge difference in the sale process. I noticed such a big difference between the way Leon did viewings to the impersonal style of most estate agents who never really knew about the properties they were selling. I will encourage any of my friends and family to use Livin. I only have positive things to say.

I have dealt with Jason and Livin Estate Agents twice- they were originally acting on behalf of the seller of the flat I bought in South Croydon. And then when I decided to sell, I knew I wanted them to represent me. They are professional, responsive, friendly, helpful - and get the job done, even in difficult and stressful circumstances.
