Fittings were updated with a newly tiled kitchen featuring mid and high-level cupboards for ample storage. The bathroom underwent a transformation with tiled walls, a rainfall shower, steel bath, laundry area, and bespoke shelving.

In the garden, a gravel area was introduced in the side return, and new fence posts and panels were installed to improve privacy and security.
